******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 8 dated 14.01.2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 451, 380, 506 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sultanwind, Amritsar City.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 19.06.2017.

Learned State counsel also endorses the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.
