JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Aditya Partap Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of 20 detenues, whose names are mentioned in Para No.2 of the petition, who are stated to be illegally detained by respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, restricted his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to respondent No.2-District Magistrate, District Jhajjar, Haryana, to dispose of his representation dated 10.3.2023 (Annexure-P-1) in accordance with law and keeping in view the provisions of Sections 10 and 12 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-District Magistrate, District Jhajjar, Haryana, to look into the matter MOHAN SINGH 2023.03.16 18:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
