(ORAL) This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short 'the Act') for the appointment of an arbitrator.

The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Shri Raghunath Prasad Tripathi, ADG (Retd.), MES, Bhopal has been received and is placed on record.

The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court, Shri Raghunath Prasad Tripathi, ADG (Retd.), MES, Bhopal may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Shri Raghunath Prasad Tripathi, ADG (Retd.), MES, Bhopal, is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
