   Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties belong to the same very area and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in "#$% #%&' ( )$)*  +%,$- $%. $%)'*/  012   0/#3#%$42 15 and "6+47#%.*/ #%&' $%. )'*/8 ( )$)*  +%,$- $%. $%)'*/  9 052   0/#3#%$42  ! the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.204 dated 06.11.2014 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala, District Gurdaspur under Sections 452/506/427/148/149/ IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act along with all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
