The petitioner, who had taken loan from respondent No.5 - Sundram Finance Limited so as to purchase trucks, seeks issuance of directions to be issued to the official respondents to protect his life and liberty as he apprehends threat to the same at the hands of goons allegedly sent by respondent No.5 as the petitioner had defaulted in repayment of the loan. 2.
