**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of 15 days prior notice in case the petitioners are required to be arrested in a matrimonial complaint moved by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that a marriage was solemnized between petitioner No.4 and respondent No.4 on 23.11.2012, however, a matrimonial discord has arisen between them. An effort was made to compromise the matter in which it had been decided that they would reside together with love and affection. However, respondent No.4 has not joined the company of the said petitioner No.4. It is apprehended that an FIR would be registered against the petitioners herein and they would be arrested. On asking of the Court, Mr. Nikhil K. Chopra, Addl. A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondentState. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner undertakes to supply adequate number of copies of the application so filed to the State counsel during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. Heard.

This petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to the official respondents that in case an FIR is registered against the petitioners herein, they be given 7 days' prior notice to avail legal remedy in accordance with law.
