The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure,1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.640 dated 15.08.2014 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 120-B IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sector-5, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon (Haryana) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as stated herein, before the trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage. 3.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed, with liberty aforesaid. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
