The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 23.07.2005 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Nawanshahr in case bearing Criminal case No.256/1/1996 dated 09.12.1996, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.124 dated 05.11.1996, registered at Police Station Banga, under Sections 323, 325 and 34 of IPC 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has come to India on 04.05.2024 and he has been arrested by the concerned Police, therefore, he does not press the present petition, however, he prays that appropriate direction be issued to the trial Court to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner expeditiously, in case, he applies. 3.

Considering the above requests and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is dismissed and the trial Court shall look into the matter and decide the bail application of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.
