SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 7 to 11, parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The age of petitioner No.1-Jyoti Kumari was about 13 years as on 21.06.2008 as per copy of family ration card (Annexure P-3) and date of birth of petitioner No.2-Sunil Kumar is 10.02.1985 as per copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-4). They allegedly got married on 07.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.14 12:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-22228-2015 -2marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh to look into the representation (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.
