**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 83 dated 2.7.2017 registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla under Sections 306-B, 34 IPC and later on Section 304-B IPC was added. Petitioner is the husband who is in custody since 4.7.2017. Charge has been framed but no witness has been examined. The victim had poured kerosene and burnt herself in the matrimonial home. The couple were married for five years and had no child. The complainant had accused the petitioner of having illicit relations with his sister-in-law. The allegations are serious. No case for bail is made out. The petition is dismissed.
