Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of report dated 03.07.2017 (Annexure P2) and to issue directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to register a criminal case against respondents No.4 & 5.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, available to him, as per law. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
