Prayer in this petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a roving writ especially in the nature of Habeas Corpus and for appointment of a warrant officer to locate and recover the detenue-Daljeet Kaur, friend of the petitioner from the illegal confinement of respondent No. 3.

As per the said report, statement of the detenue was recorded to the effect that she is living happily with her family as per her own free wish and will and has not been detained, pressurized or beaten up by her family or any relative.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant writ petition and the same stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
