(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 160 dated 9.6.2017 under Sections 406, 420, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Ashok Kumar, has submitted that in the present case, cancellation report was filed in the Court way-back on 11.3.2018.

In view of the above, the present petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of as such.
