***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.125, dated 13.11.2014, under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that parties have amicably settled their dispute and the complainant has no objection if this petition is allowed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender
