HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J During the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner was released on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2020 and he was directed to surrender by 02.02.2021. However, he did not surrender and moved an application seeking interim bail, which was dismissed vide order dated 15.02.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his client, submits that the petitioner has not still surrendered. In view thereof, present petition seeking regular bail no longer survives and the same is disposed of as such.
