(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition are seeking quashing of FIR No.148 dated 13.12.2020 registered at Police Station Division-D, District Amritsar, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC (Section 376-D and 120B added later on). Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that challan stands presented against petitioner No.1 and charges stand framed. On being confronted with aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as permissible by law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
