Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 24.04.2015 (Annexure P*3) passed by JMIC, Kapurthala whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.27 dated 16.02.2015, registered under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC at Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 17.03.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the court below. It is further stated that the petitioner has tendered copy of the passport and he was released on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the copies of the orders passed by the court below.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 17.03.2016 is made absolute and order dated 24.04.2015 (Annexure P*3) is quashed.
