Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 59 dated 11.6.2014 under Section 307, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City-II, Malerkotla. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 15.7.2015:- "It is inter alia contended that this is a no injury case. It is further contended that there are three FIRs registered against the complainant-Abdul Rashid @ Kuddu and two of which a re for offences under Sections 308 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code , respectively. It is also contended that parties belong to the same locality.

Crl. Misc. No. M-22268 of 2015 -2shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Gorakh Nath, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 15.7.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
