1. The President vide order dated 05.05.2023 (P-62) has accepted the enquiry report wherein the charges have not been found to be proved against the petitioner relating to charge-sheet no.5601 dated 15.06.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the enquiry report has been accepted and the petitioner stands exonerated, he is entitled for the consequential benefits of setting aside of the reversion order and the other 2 impugned orders which were passed solely on the ground that the allegations contained in the charge-sheet were found against the petitioner.

3. Since, ultimately the allegations have not been proved against the petitioner, he would be entitled for the consequential relief.

4. The President may pass appropriate orders accordingly now.

5. It is also made clear that the petitioner does not press any allegations which he may have raised in the present petition as against respondent No.4 who was holding the post of respondent No.3 at that relevant time.

6. The issue be now therefore resolved accordingly within a period of 2 months.

7. With the said observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
