(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a direction to official respondents No.1 to 3 for conducting a fair and impartial inquiry in representations dated 12.03.2018 and 30.04.2018 (Annexure P-1 & P-2) and further directing the official respondents to take legal action against the private respondents as per law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the present moment he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representations dated 12.03.2018 and 30.04.2018 (Annexure P-1 & P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
