The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.148 dated 20.12.2018 under Sections 406, 498-A, 506 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Women West Gurugram,, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1), and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that trial of the case is going on and two out of six prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The application filed by the complainant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed and remaining all four witnesses stand summoned for 2.6.2023. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
