The learned counsel appearing for the State of U.T., Chandigarh, submits that the relief, as canvassed in the instant petition, for a direction, being made to the official respondents concerned, to protect the life and liberty of the petitoners, from purported life endangering threats, as emanate from respondents No. 4 to 7, no longer survives, as after investigations, being made into the complaint, instituted by the petitioners, against the private respondents concerned, the complaint (supra) is found to contain disputes of a civil nature, and, also that no evidence has become placed before the investigating officer concerned, in respect of life endangering threats, being meted to the petitioners, by the private respondents concerned. 2.
The afore made prayer is accepted.

Consequently, at this stage, the petition does not survive, and, is disposed of as such. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, and, appertaining to life endangering threats, being meted to them, by the private GURPREET SINGH 2022.03.24 19:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh respondents concerned, and, upon the afore being reported to the police with
