CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA
Present:
Mr. Navmohit Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners.
Mr. A.S. Sidhu, AAG, Punjab.
Mr. Ashish Gupta, Advocate, for the complainant.
***** SABINA, J.
Petitioners have filed this petition seeking permission to travel abroad to make arrangements and attend the marriage of their only daughter on 06.09.2015. Heard.
In the present case, petitioner No.1 has not yet surrendered before the Investigating Agency, although, his anticipatory bail was dismissed by this court. So far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, she was granted anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioners were ready to settle the dispute. However, the dispute
CRM-M-22291-2015 [2] between the parties could not be settled.
Prosecution story, in brief, is that petitioner No.1 without any authority had sold the land belonging to the complainant to his wife-petitioner No.2. Petitioner No.2 further sold the land to some other person.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, no ground for grant of permission to the petitioners to travel abroad is made out.
Dismissed.
