(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case arising from FIR No.141 dated 01.07.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 506 IPC at Police Station Tigoan, District Faridabad. Heard.

Considering the factum that injured witnesses are yet to be examined and the fact that petitioner is involved in a very heinous crime of murder and presently is in protection home, this Court is not inclined to grant him regular bail.

Dismissed.
