(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 302 dated 21.09.2016 under Sections363/366 IPC, later on added Sections 420/467/468/471/201/212/216/120-B IPC registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 20.06.2017 :- "Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of petitioner has married with daughter of complainant namely Neha and they filed protection petition before this Court. The allegation has been levelled in the complaint that some documents relating to age of Neha were forged, however, petitioner has no role in the matter and is ready to join the investigation. Notice of motion for 23.08.2017. In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within two weeks. CRM-M-22346-2017 -2arrest being required, he shall be released on interim bail till the next date, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, he shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which he shall loose the benefit of interim bail allowed to him."

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2017, the petitioner has joined investigation. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.06.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when required by the police; will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 23.08.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
