NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since charges have been framed on 4.10.2014, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to challenge the order of framing of charges by way of criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer.

CRM-M-2238-2014 In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioners to file criminal revision petition challenging the order dated 4.10.2014 before the Court of Session at Ludhiana at the first instance. If the criminal revision petition is filed within three weeks of passing of this order and an application for condonation of delay is also filed, then the application for condonation of delay shall be considered in view of the fact that present petition has been filed before this Court.
