(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for issuance of directions to the officials respondents No.4 and 5 for hading over the investigation of the case FIR No.195 dated 02.04.2022 registered under Sections 323, 324, 34 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal to the State Crime Branch, District Karnal, Haryana with further prayer that the respondents No. 6 and 7 be arrested. None has put in appearance for the petitioner. The learned State counsel, on instruction from ASI Ramesh Kumar submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and shall be presented to the Court concerned within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail             ( JASJIT SINGH BEDI ) March 19, 2024 JUDGE
