(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.50 dated 12.04.2016 under Sections 406, 409, 420, 381 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Phagwara, District Kapurthala on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) Pursuant to the order dated 07.11.2016 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 18.11.2016 to get recorded their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phagwara, has also sent its report vide covering letter having Endorsement No.905 dated 18.11.2016 which has been duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide Endorsement No.1677 dated 21.11.2016. According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that the parties have made an amicable settlement without any pressure, coercion and out of their free will.
