Ms.Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana, who has joined proceedings on advance service, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that she has under instructions to state that in case petitioner is found entitled for 5 marks for socio-economic criteria, she would be given the due benefit thereof. Provided of course,she has appended the requisite documents in support of her belonging to the EWS category. She further submits that even though in the petition it has been contended that the petitioner has obtained 88 marks out of 90, she is unable to verify the same at this stage for lack of instructions.
Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid statement of the learned State counsel, writ petition is disposed of with an expectation that the petitioner would be given due benefit of her belonging to EWS category, in case competent authority is satisfied that she has appended the requisite documents thereof. Needless to say, the said EWS category marks will be added to the SHALINI BHATIA 2021.04.11 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
marks secured by her in the written examination and she will be accorded benefitof her merit as per her performance, provided, of course, she appended genuine requisite EWS documents.
