The challenge in the present petition is to order dated 27.10.2021 whereby the Trial Court was directed to frame the issues, record evidence and thereafter, to decide the application for restoration. 2.

As per e-Court website of District Courts, Pathankot, after framing the issues, the application for restoration has been allowed and the suit has been restored to its original number vide order dated 21.12.2022. 3.

In view of the above, present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say that the petitioner would always be at liberty to challenge the order dated 21.12.2022 in accordance with law.
