This is a petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking release of petitioner Nos.2 to 4, who are alleged to have been detained under the garb of Section 107/151 Cr.P.C. on July 02, 2016, and further that, directions be issued to respondent No.2 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.3 to 5 who are threatening the petitioners to implicate in false cases at the behest of private respondents. 2.
