Mr. S.S. Kamboj, Advocate for the complainant. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.54 dated 11.4.2015 under Sections 406,420 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, P.S Adampur, District Jalandhar.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 11.8.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
