M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 31.7.2015, the petition on behalf of petitioner No.1 has already been dismissed.

So far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, he has not been attributed any specific role. He has also joined investigation as per the instructions of ASI Gurkirpal Singh imparted to State counsel. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 31.7.2015, is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
