*** Prosecutrix Suman Bala along with her mother Lajwanti are present in the Court. They have been brought to the Court by S.I. Surinder Singh from Police Station Shahazdpur, District Ambala. He identified the prosecutrix and her mother. On being enquired, the prosecutrix has stated that she is aged about 23 years and her date of birth is 8.2.1995. Her mother also admits this fact. The prosecutrix has stated that she had gone with Amir Khan-petitioner no. 1 of her own and Amir Khan and Ajay @ Manmohan had not raped her. It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 3.7.2018 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands allowed accordingly.
