(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent Bank to provide the information to the petitioner regarding the outstanding balance amount and other relevant information in the Account No. NC-1633-169818, NC-1758-988112 & NC-98-125-524000 and further also prayed that the respondent-Bank be directed to cooperate with the petitioner, as he is willing to wind up his liabilities. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to him, in accordance with law.
