The present petition has been filed in the year 2001 by challenging the impugned award dated 07.04.2000( Annexure P-4), by which, the claim of the petitioner for reinstatement in service alongwith full back wages, has been rejected.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the file reveals that notice issued to the petitioner has not been received back served and otherwise. Hence, it can be safely presumed that the petitioner might not be interested in pursuing the present remedy. 3.
The present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the same in case the petitioner intends to get the decision of the present petition on merit.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
