This is 3rd petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. preferred by Dheeraj Batta @ Dhiru for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.227 dated October 16, 2013 under Sections 307, 336, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station, City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Undisputably, fire-arm injury falling within the purview of Section 307 IPC has been attributed to the petitioner. Moreover, as many AVIN KUMAR 2015.07.20 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh

Keeping in view the aforesaid aspects but without commenting on the merits of the case, no case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out.
