***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.3 dated 04.01.2015, under Sections 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Women Police Station, District Amritsar City. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 15.07.2015:- " Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefit of anticipatory bail allowed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar vide order dated 18.03.2015 was withdrawn vide order dated

The petitioner is a sepoy in Indian Army, posted at Pune. He could not join the investigation as he did not get the leave to come to Amritsar. It is further submitted that now petitioner has been allowed the leave and will join the investigation immediately.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within five days. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released on interim bail till the next date, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, he shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which he shall loose the benefit of interim bail allowed to him."
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Jaswinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
