Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief claimed in this petition only to the extent that Superintendent of Police, Panipat may be directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law as on the complaint of petitioner, FIR No.640 dated 25.05.2017 has been registered at Police Station City Panipat but no action has been taken so far. Vide representation (Annexure P-2), the petitioner has requested Superintendent of Police, Panipat to look into the allegations in the FIR and take appropriate action.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police, Panipat to look into the representation Annexure P-2 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
