Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under Sections 323/324/326/ 506/34 IPC at Police Station, Assandh, District Karnala vide F.I.R No.237 dated 7.5.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos, 1, 2 & 4 have joined the investigation. Petitioner No.3 has already surrendered before the investigating officer. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the interim order dated 13.7.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. State shall, however, be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail in case all the averments made above are found to be false. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
