RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Affidavit of Gurmeet Singh, PPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Investigation), Jalandhar, filed in Court today is taken on record. Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Deepak Sehgal in case FIR No.45 dated 14.05.2018 registered under Sections 13-A/3/67 of the Punjab Gambling Act, Section 7 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act and Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Jalandhar Cantt, District Jalandhar.

On instructions from S.I. Ashwani Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of accordingly.
