Learned State counsel refers to paras 6, 8, 10 & 12 of the reply dated 12.04.2024 filed by Assistant Commissioner of Police, NIT Faridabad, which read thus:

"6. That on 21.09.2023, statement of Komal was recorded before CWC. Thereafter, on 23.09.2023. her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded before the Hon'ble Illaqua Magistrate, Faridabad, wherein she stated that on 30.08.2023 she left her house in anger without informing anyone and spent the night in Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. On the next day, she informed her friend Harsh (respondent No.3), who met her on Kalkaji Metro Station. They got married in Arya Samaj Mandir and Karkardooma Court, Delhi on 31.08.2023. Thereafter they went to Haridwar for 4-5 days. They got registered their marriage in Ghaziabad Court. Thereafter they remained as husband and wife in a flat in Anand Vihar, Delhi. She also stated that nothing wrong has happened with her. She expressed that she does not want any action as everything was happened with her consent. She also expressed that she wants to go with Harsh. Copy of statement of Komal under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is being annexed herewith as Annexure R-2.

8. That after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no cognizable offence has been found committed in the present case and a cancellation report was prepared on MOHIT 2026.01.13 18:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-13936-2024 (O&M) -226.09.2023, which is yet to be submitted before the Ld. Illaqua Magistrate, Faridabad.

10. That marksheet issued by CBSE Board of girl Komal was also verified from her school i.e. Navodaya Vidya Niketan Sr. Sec. School, Gazipur Road, Dabua Colony, Faridabad, according which her date of birth is found as 31.08.2005. Copy of verified marksheet is being annexed as Annexure R-5.

That it also submitted that the complainant also registered a case against the family members of Harsh Kumar bearing FIR No. 413 dated 01.09.2023 under Sections 323, 427, 506, 34 IPC and SC/ST Act at Police Station Dabua Faridabad, which is also pending before the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad on 20.04.2024 for consideration on charge."
