******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.120 dated 05.08.2011 registered for offences punishable under Sections 148/149/307/302/325/114/120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") and 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Ambala, District Ambala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after arrested of the petitioner in this case on 21.07.2017, prosecution has not been able to conclude the evidence. For the last three dates complainant has not been appearing despite issuance of his warrants of arrest. FIR in this case was registered on 05.08.2011. Out of ten accused, five have already been convicted while one was juvenile and two were acquitted. The petitioner was proclaimed offender in this case and was apprehended on 21.07.2017.

CRM-M-23349 of 2018 -2Keeping in view above facts and gravity of offence, I find no reasons to extend the benefit of bail to petitioner at this stage. Instant petition has no merit and the same is dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and dispose of the same at the earliest and preferably within a period of six months.
