Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 06.10.2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT) in IA No. 3818 of 2023, the premises has been vacated and the possession has already been handed over on 03.11.2023, which has been acknowledged through email by Mr. Govardhan Gopal Puri, who is the petitioner/landlord in the rent petition and accordingly, he does not want to pursue the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
