RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that after filing of this petition, during investigation, the petitioner was found as accused in case FIR No. 97 dated 01.06.2017, under Sections 452, 324, 323/34 and 506 IPC, Police Station Ghall Khud, District Ferozepur. The police is going to file final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., in the concerned Court, very shortly.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
