By way of present petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings are sought to be initiated against the respondents towards alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 06.11.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-24777-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order qua which the contempt proceedings have been sought, stands complied with, therefore, he does not press the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
