Notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that he has left the given address since long. On the other hand, despite intimation to learned counsel for respondent No.1 & 2 about the date fixed, nobody has put in appearance on their behalf. 3.

In these circumstances, as nobody is appearing on behalf of the appellant and the appellant has also left the address since long as reported by the Registry, the present appeal is disposed of with liberty to the parties to get the same revived, in case cause of action still survives.
