CRM No.M-23302 of 2016(O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in pursuance thereto has been withdrawn by respondent No.2. In this view of the matter, the petitioners seek to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh for quashing of FIR No.156 dated 03.06.2014 under Sections 498A/506 IPC on the basis of settlement between the parties.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) March 23 , 2017.
