(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0142, dated 17.12.2022 registered under Sections 504, 506, 341, 323 & 148 IPC and Sections 27, 54 and 59 of Arms Act added later on, P.S. Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to petitioners so as to surrender before trial court within a period of one week. In case, the petitioner surrenders before trial Court within a period of 7 days from today and moves bail application, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the same within a period of three days. Disposed of accordingly.
