Petitioners filed present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.07 dated 23.01.2025, under Sections 316(2) & 85 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station PS Women, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners' states that since the anticipatory bail application filed before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana was not decided on merits vide order dated 21.02.2025. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application before the Court below. 3.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
